A new head-admin has been appointed, him being Neal Walker.
Congratulations. king

I thought it only necessary to have an extra member of senior staff, considering HGRP had 3 owners and 3 Head-admins -
3 Head-admins and 1 owner at IGRP was just not enough and I needed one more Head-Admin.
