Steam Summer Sale & Steam borrowing? o.O

So... I've heard rumors about the steam summer sale being on Thursday, tomorrow
What games will you get?
Im hoping to get:

Battlefield Bad Company 2
The walking dead
Sleeping dogs ect..

Also, I've been reading up on the internet and it has been rumored that steam will have a borrowing feature in the near future which will be REALLY good, this is what some people found in the Steam beta update -
