What Happened?/What rule was broken? (if any):
Ontop of sherlock being "killy" jobs all day. Gangster/hitman. Two events stood out particularly.

I'll focus on the 2nd event.
Me as only non afk cop on server. Trying to do round, patrol, talk to citizens etc.
These 2 clowns have a silent sniper and an m16. Bound by new life rule i must treat them as a new person each time. So the plan is 1 keeps me talking while the other snipes me. and again and again and again.
Raiding the pd when I refused to go on the streets. Sniping me as I walk away from spawn. This is fucking rediculous.

This is as i mentioned the 2nd instance. The previous also being gangster/mobsters raiding the pd and killing us repeatedly (cept in the 1st instance they had protection from "moderator" jay smally)

Mobsters and gangsters dont roleplay. all they do is death match. Constant and repeated killing of the cops. The gun the cops get is useless. It takes 10 or so shots at any range where you cant hit the head. Knives and silent snipers on the other hand are 1 shot kill, with 1 being 100% accurate across the entire map.

i cba getting any more evidence but if sometihng isn't done then I'll resort to whatever I have to stop shit this like.

In the time i was writing up this ban request I was afk. When I came back sherlock was gone. He can clearly think of nothing better to do than kill cops. When the cop is afk he has noone to death match with so gets bored and leaves.

Sherlock has been a minge for some time now. I caught him the other day, before my adminship, hiding in his warehouse with his buddy as a Hitman while using a printer with invisible walls. He kept an "under construction" screen text above his door so that no one could raid him. Him and his friend come on to minge and they take high salary jobs just to farm money. This isn't RP, this is ruining the community for everyone else. Personally, if someone else doesn't get to it, I'll ban them when I can access Steam next.

What do you mean by protection? Do you mean that Jay was allowing them to kill you repeatedly?

I did warn Sherlock earlier about this the exact same thing. Don't worry we will have a word with him.

Edit: I just re-read. since when can a mod allow by the seems of it RDM on the server and allow gangsters/mobsters to work together?

Curious to understand what role Jay Smalley played in all of this?
I will ban them when I can.

Jay smalley was in the previous event where the same thing happened except more of them and with knives instead of guns. That is repeatedly raiding pd and killing officers on sight for no reason.

Both banned for 2 weeks. Hopefully they learn from there mistakes.
