Official Language

Okay, so I suggest that the Official (and only) language og the server and forums is English, sence I don't see a point in one guy running around screaming russian with nobody understanding him nor him understanding anybody else.
Best case scenario, it stops at not understanding eachother, worst case scenatio - he doesen't rules and brakes them.

You should read the Server and Forum rules before posting topics like this. If you had read the rules you would have seen this.
Server Rules
29. You are only allowed to speak English in OOC on this server. However it's possible to use different languages via IC.
Forum Rules
3. Please use English on the forums only.

Well Brick just told me ingame that there is no sutch rule...
And he is using a microphone, is that any different?

Yea, and the who was doing it today didn't speak a word of english...
He was litelarry screaming in russian "I gonna kill you" to every gang member (he was a cop)
So it should be IC rule too...
