Lockpicking and stuff
You should make it so lockpicks opena door when you hit it, like a random change 1 in 10 or something. Instead of taking ages to pick it.

I think the lockpicking system is good as it is. IMO it should take ages to pick the lock as it is more realistic than simply hitting the door and having a chance of it opening straight away.

There are models for actual lockpicks, but there aren't any animations or view models as far as I know, only world models.
