[NLR TIMER] + Updates :)

NLR Timer added! Well, when you die there is now a timer of 5 minutes which tells you when you are allowed to return to an area (gives you a countdown of 5 minutes.) When the countdown is over a message shows in the middle of your screen telling you that you can return to the area. I am also able to change the timing of this if it becomes necessary.

I've also contacted the hosts in an attempt to get fastdl working.

Blacklist is back, now with many more props added. Some may be missing, if you do find any that need blacklisting, tell me, and I will add them.
All ULX ranking is now back to normal, except for premium members. I will have to find you when you're on the server and re-add you.
I'm doing refunds from now on, just contact me in game.

watch out for people being rdmed with that nlr timer.

Also people might use it to "block" off areas. kill a cop on both ends of the street outside ur MASSIV DURG BAES and the rules will make u invincible

Yeah, Fair enough. I'm considering removing it anyway as its not visible/cuts of the screen for people with different resolutions.
