Hosts were ddosed Empty Hosts were ddosed

After contacting the hosts about the server dying - I got this response.

"We just had to deal with a large scale DDoS attack.

All is sorted now.

What on earth do they get out of ddosing a server host

Probably another server on the same host getting attacked. Can't imagine yall made any enemies that fast.
