First off I apologise for the format, couldn't get screenshots.

What Happened?/What rule was broken? (if any): 
Failrp - Me walk down street, see man with printer he shoots at me for being on street. Hes a mobster. I run then shoot back then run some more. Me on 20hp, him on 15 I run away and think I've lost him, he finds me (With i suspect using the chatbox since he was far behind me and managed to find me in a house with all the doors closed which he didn't see me enter) I then manage to kill him, he reports me to admins as a hacker for "being shot 10 times with a deagle in the head and not dying" as it happens I was hit once dealing 12 damage.

I then warn him in chat that killing me in revenge would result in ihm brekaing new life rule. He continues to complain about me being a hacker and demands I am banned. 

I then continue with what I do, he becomes a cop and chases me for a short time. Ted also told me the guy was running round looking for me battering ramming doors down.

He then becomes a mobster, I follow him from the second of him becoming a mobster (i was watching waiting for him to try and kill me) At no point does he buy a gun from a gundealer. He does however enter a room in 1 of the buildings off the main street. 

I then approach him and talk to him, in an rp manner. He mugs me at guns point (where did he get that gun? from that room, he didnt visit a shop, also ted told me the pd had been stocked with deagles previously. He had previously been a cop, had a deagle and didnt buy it. hmm) I /me rp taking money from the wallet when a cop arrives, the cop see the  gun and draws his weapon, the mugger turns to shoot cop, i run.

At this point an admin talks to him, thne a minute or so the server crashes (why i cant get more info)

Ted witnessed all of this. 
My main point is him dying, becoming a cop for revenge and weapons, then chanigng job and keeping the police weapons, bought specifically for the police.

Only from ted and 3 of the other players on at the time. Not sure who. Sorry not much info, server went down and my console was spammed by some error removing all the chatlogs.


Maybe not enough to ban with but keep and eye on jack duck, the guy is a dunce.

what i belive is he breaking into pd that way to the evidence of lost guns.. pocket it and then turn back to mob 

2nd is.. he try to give bad info to admin around the ooc and admin chat..

i would normally ban him.. but didnt came this far becuse of a servercrasher-.. (i banned the guy crashing it)

i dont like this duck guy .. i wish i took him in the nlr break and failrp.. but the server was full of propminge and failbuilders.. 

had like 4 people using admin chat to get me..

when i was done with the 3rd person needing my help in a row.. i noticed goose needed me..

asked me what gun a cop spawns with.. he had a deagle...

this duck told me he lost stuff being killed by a propminge i banned

and he asked me to refund his gun and lockpick..

i knew he lied.. but all people around needed admin so i just gave him money and hurry to next person..

duck cant have a shipment or single lockpick becuse there was no bmd.

idk if he had a gun that time too..

i lost his steam id becuse of the crash and propspam all around and crash


i support this ban becuse of he trolling around

my opinion is to ban him becuz if you say he broke NLR and failrp is a kick reason but after that abusing an admin to help you is respectless. so i agree with Jacky blackheart (BAN)

phew for a moment there I feared that guy was back.

I've not seen him in a few weeks luckily.
