Do not know the full story behind this, but to Ban someone without stating a proper reason should be noted. This should be told to all Admins that they need a proper reason, not just "Faggot". This could be taken in a homophobic way, which could upset some users.

Just a suggestion which I think should be sorted to look more professional.
