[READ] Staff Review/Reshuffle

Hello.
Recently I've noticed that there has been quite a few complaints against staff members. I'm also seeing/understanding where they are coming from.
Enforcing Serious RP/Actual RP seems to be an issue. As guess what? You're a staff member, people on the server look at you to see whether it's worth playing on, or just look up to you as you are a huge influence on them.
As-well as stupid ban times, ignoring users who request help and even breaking rules themselves.

This is NOT acceptable, therefore I have taken the decision to re-shuffle the staff team soon. No idea when, but it will be happening.
This will take place after I review staff throughout the week.

Those who are inactive, or simply just not playing enough - and using the staff position as a position of leisure to use it when they are online may also be demoted.
