Modern day: nypd type cops with modernish laws etc

Future dystopia: gasmasked cops enforcing brutal laws

Hl2: similar to above but with combine specifically

It's neither 2 or 3, but isn't aimed to be set in NYC

They work for me and other servers.

Most of the models will work probably since the skeleton doesn't change and they generally inherit the animation set from garrysmod itself. Sound emitter is cool but abusable, back in my minge days there is a cool loopable song on it, I would run round town spamming sound emitters all out of sync. + i think they are generally bugged to go out of sync when people move away from them.

That's one of the things i liked about CSRP because there was a NPC that allowed you to change models. A Hitman could kill his target and escape, change clothes and pretend nothing happened. The only way someone would know is if there was a witness or if they metagamed.

An npc for changing clothes would be great as I usually end up being stuck as a doctor or cop model when I am hitman. People who make a store selling clothes usually change jobs shortly after selling as they dont get a lot of customers
