is we can use them to augment otherwise undesireable areas.

Name an area on downtown which you like the look of or narrative (a bar, an underground station, an apartment) which you rarely use. Eg I like the warehouse on the corner which has recently had bars added. Previously it was rather useless isnce ppl would just run in, or jump down form roof thru the windows. The bars stop this, since then it has been used almost always.

Name an area you like and how it could be imporved

I like the train station area, normally people use it to hide from the po po. No idea how it can be improved though.
