Vote Kick

So, I noticed when server doesen't have any admins on, people start to insta propkill and lag the server (witch is happening right now)
So I suggest that when admins are offline, that players can use a vote system that bans the player for 10 minutes.

I don't think it's a good idea to have a vote ban at all. Even if it is only for ten minutes. It would be abused. If you started a vote to ban/kick someone, the majority of the server would probably have no idea about what happened and whether the claim is actually true. This would lead to people randomly clicking yes or no. If this system was actually implemented, minges would use it everytime they got raided or killed by the hitman and claim it was RDM. I don't think kicking and banning should ever be used by anyone lower rank than a staff member.
