What Happened? Why were you banned?: I was making someone scared with a prop but then I propkilled them so yeah there ya go.

scared with a prop or spammed it and the victim got killed?
i saw him spam props and quickly remove it and they died
when i asked him why.. he said "it was accident"
thats how you got perma
i started to notice it before this happend - becuse i saw props poop up in the air infront of me and quickly got removed
had problems to find who becuse someone spammed tool paint

Anyone else have anything to say about this guy so I can make a decision? As far as it seems, user might be staying banned cause props don't spam by "accident."

Keep him banned. The fact that he spammed props and prop killed someone should automatically tell you that. Plus what Memphis said.
