[QUESTION] How to gather steamids from character names?

Hi there, I am wondering how I gather SteamIDs.

I know from experience, you type status into console and you gather all the SteamIDs.

However, that only shows their steam usernames.

How can I tell a culprit if they have a different in-game name than their steam username?

For example, right now there are 2 RDMers in the server called Dennis Elam and Joseph Goebbels and when I type status into console this is the result;

My question is, how can I tell a culprit's steamid from looking at their steam username and not their in-game name.

Also, when I press TAB it does not show their steam username.

One more question, how can I provide evidence for RDMs?

You can screenshot (F12) rdmers if you catch them at the scene, (witnesses will usually step forward if on the forums), or if fraps is to hand, record asap, try and catch them again if you didn't get it the first time.

To get a steam ID, use Steam ID Finder (http://steamidfinder.com/). Once on the page, use their steam usernames to find their profile page, then copy and paste the url into the field provided, and the website will get their Steam ID for you.

What he is trying to say, a guy has steam name "Pjosip" but his RP name is "Joseph Putin".
So you get propkilled by Joseph Putin and when you check console you see like "pjosip" and "Josephina_girl" (just an example), now how can you tell that it is "pjosip" that killed and not "Josephina_girl".

And use F5 not F12.

Yeah, pjosip knows what I am asking.
