Being a Cop!

Being a cop isn't about arresting people. It is about keeping the city safe. Normally, I would never AoS/KoS people.

I categorise illicit activities

Kill
Shooting at cops, shooting at citizins

Arrest
Has illegal weapon, drugs, money printers, resisting arrest, skipping checkpoint

Warn
Has illegal weapon, shots fired, skipping checkpoint, breaking windows, pointing gun at cop

In general, I would never point guns at people (unless im firing of course)

If I may add a simple guide to raiding:

1. When you are raiding make sure that you and others can back away to safety, that means do not stand right beahind somebody and do not stand at a doorway.

2. when somebody is about to /warrant abd use the battering ram, the LAST thing you should do is to stand emmediately beahind him while he is doing that, main reason being if you all go in at the same time, you WILL get killed.

3. Call for backup, whatever you do, don't do it alone.
Simply open the U chat and say where you need backup, also if somebody calls for backup respond to it!

Tried this yesterday.
As a cop i was shot at several times. Called for help over 20 times. Only got 1 officer to respond.

The rest of the officers were at a funeral. Then another one, then another one, then another one. Was tempted to demote them. We got the guy eventually though, it was abit of a siege.
Me and him continued to go round inspecting stuff, the other officers continued to attend funerals.

No offence but this is a pretty bad guide, it covers well the things that are mentioned here but thats not all of the cops work. Expand it mate.
