+1. Mature and thoroughly explains to bad players what they did wrong and how to improve their behavior but with a 0 tolerance for anyone that's just a minge. Quick to respond to cries of help as well.

You have big support, but simply you don't have the support of me.
From what I've heard today upon how you abuse your powers when not many admins are online is something that I will need to speak to you about.
Aswell as this, 30 minutes every week or so isn't really enough for a staff position. I'm also unsure if you are capable to serve the right ban times to people.
