Thing is, its another model. Meaning another entity/resource the server has to look over. While not significant, what if the DL fucks up for someone? Then its a resource leak.

A messed up dl would be a clientside issue. Sure it'd be annoying but wouldn't spell doom for the server. Durgz mod includes loads of usless shit which isn't used on the server.

My quesiton is why. There are already lots of characters. Why include an extra guy with a stretched chest as a dodgy ragdoll

The model itself is included in standard GMod, but it isn't a player model. There shouldn't actually BE a download in the first place, since it uses standard HL2 Player Model bones and it isn't a custom re-skin or something.

I like the idea of a custom model, but not this one.

We need donators, and yet everytime something cool is suggested that adds on to DL time everybody shits their paints about it.
Sometimes if you want good things to happen, you need to take a bit of risk.
At the end of the day if you notice we don't get as mutch people as we usually do, you simply undo the change.

About the "not another download!" shit... My internet is very shit (150 kbps) and I'd be more than happy to download new content for the server. I mean, it's a one time download, it isn't going to take you long.
