Delay when equipping weapons

I suggest that there's a short delay, maybe two seconds, between switching to a weapon and before you can shoot with it.
This way, you know if the player you have as a hostage/robbing will try to kill you, as it happens alot that a hostage brings up their weapon and starts shooting.

I haven't tried with the USP, but any other weapon seems to be instant. Deagle you roll on your finger, but you can shoot almost instantly after picking it up.

Yeah, all happens have a VERY slight delay.

Not big enough in my opinion, oftenly when I am a cop and hold somebody at gunpoint, if they decide to ignore FearRP and pull out a weapon by the time i see them pulling it out i'm already dead.
