So, sometimes I just like to share a random fact,joke or something I find interesting but completely random.
So I suggest among the "General Discussion" we have a "Random" section where people can post random stuff, and even ignore rule number 8.
It is prooven that if people are offered a place where they can do what they usually can't do elsewhere, they will do it there (sutch as commenting "rofl" and/or being random) and generally blow off some steam.

Rule 8:
8. Flood and off-topic: Flood must be avoided. One-word posts such like “lol”, “rofl” or a single smiley must be avoided. (Unless you have something good to post, and something to input to that topic, Don't post.)

Random Hub is what you seem to ask for. Pretty much anything you might wanna post can go there.

^ True, also people tend to read all of the "NEW" posts, and if they come across ones that they dont give a damn about or are just pointless, its an obvious waste of their time, which makes them mad.

That's why I suggest "Random", you know that nothing importand is there so you can skip it if you don't have time, and if you do you can read it.

I locked that thread because it was Vorzan saying she called an admin on for a common situation and yes, it was a waste of my time reading it as sometimes my internet is slow as anything. An off-topic thread would seem good for people who have something useful to say that has nothing to do with anything. i.e. If I were to buy a puppy I could tell you all there. But If I banned a propspammer I should not post it there because there's no point.
