Give us an example of how you would deal with a rule-breaker:if someone breaks NLR I would give them a warning because they may not of known. If they come back again and break it, I will have to slay them. And if they do it again I will have to kick them. But if they will keep doing it I will have to get an admin to ban them for a short while. And if they do it again it would have to be a perma ban. But If they would put an unban slip I will say yeah I would go for it. Because they will have another chance and if they keep carrying on and on and on ban them perma. So after that i will say no for an unban. But if they broke NLR when they got RDM'ed I will skip him and sort the RDM'er out and sort him out after and get an admin to help out with it.

I haven't seen alot of roleplaying from you, also it's minimum 14 years old to apply, and your grammar isn't ok for me, a mod needs to show quality and writing a long sentence without a single dot doesn't show that. I have to say -1.

Didn't screen shot it, but he was going in ooc "it's okay guys I'm going to be mod soon" server was pretty full so someone else would of seen it

I say neutral. Had a problem with him in the past but he seems to have come a long way since then. I'm on the verge of a +1 but I've not been on in ages so I'm not really entitled to rating of such magnitude.

-1 Just seems pretty desperate to be mod to be honest, I seem to always see mod apps from Jay Smalley, and the only thing that changed, is the things that people complain about.

I think its all fine and dandy that his apps are improving, but he is still a 13 year old boy, I think it will be overdone. Also, if what JohnRyan is saying is true, for sure its more than a -1.
