Staff Questioning/Inactivity?

Hi. I come on at prime time (3pm UK time) to find that there are only mods online, and one administrator. I'm making this post to confront staff on there not so much inactivity, but there lack of interest on joining the server.
I would like to be PMED by all staff (except mods) telling me of the reasoning you are not active. As it is becoming more and more evident, thanks. This way it makes it much easier rather than playing games.
