First off, I would like to apologise. My last app turned into a bit of a sh*t storm, all because of a misunderstanding with another player. It was moderator based, and he just felt I handled the situation wrong, which I believe both of us did. It wasn't the best of days for me IRL for reasons I'm not going to say, but the IRL reasons had a massive impact on my responses. Since then, I took a couple of days out. I honestly believe I am a good mod, as I have been told by others too. Please don't judge this new app on the basis of my old one, as it was clear, it was a mistake.
But now, welcome to my second admin application.

Seeing as you were emotionally unstable during that time, I'll say Neutral. I won't +1 as I haven't seen you on much at all, which may be related to yor emotional state but that doesn't change your absence.
