Patience (for staff)

Just a heads up to staff to be patient with bans. 
Ofc if they're propkilling/spamming or blatantly minging, give them a perma.

But RP Names, tend to not enforce them until there is about 20-25 people plus. This will help keep the server populated. 
Attempt to speak to players, rather than just banning them is the message here really.

Speaking with someone about such a thing might really help. Many times me or ted have joined servers and minged then when we realised it has potential to be good rp (with rp names, /me rp etc) we have calmed down and become productive members.
