Secret/non-secret Gangs/Groups

Right so in HGRP we had custom groups which everyone knew about. e.g. 501st cops. But daniel went around making special forums for it, and didn't really want to. So the way of bringing it in to IGRP, is use PMing.

All Gangs/Groups Must lie within acceptable Rping and Follow Server Rules.

So what this could get is a Gun Dealer, knowing a gang person and secretly gives them discounts because of being part of the gang and in return that person delivers protection. You could be running/walking around and then a gang swarms you.

Yep. Have done this throughout my time playing DarkRP, can think of at least five others too. Nothing new here.
