Do you agree that you have been a moderator on our server for more than 2 weeks?: Nope, hit a week, but I have been told by a few to apply early, seeing as I already had ULX experience before becoming mod.
Have you had any complaints towards you in the forums whilst taking on the role of a moderator?: None whatsoever.
Have you read the staff advice below and do you agree to follow it?: I have read, and understand thoroughly.

Neutral. Seen you a few times and you've been good. Don't know if you're ready for admin yet though. I would suggest playing as a mod for a while longer; learning the rules and punishments etc.

Nuetral, idk what to do because you became mod while I was away but I'm sure you'd be a great admin.

Negative. Mistake on my part. Wasn't idling, no one told me he was AFK, assumed idling. Wasn't propblock, didn't see the keypad in the clusterfuck of panels until after I banned him.

+1 Good mod and has called me a few times to use my ban powers (which very VERY few mods have done, ever) so he clearly knows what he is doing and how to handle situations. Also very responsive to every situation and an active player and good RP'er.

EDIT: -1 Clearly cant handle a downvote because by the looks of things a shit storm is brewing and instead of pulling out hes digging further into it. This shows bad staff. Imo staff need to be thick skinned and take a bit of abuse every now and again (unless its severe).

Memphis tried to rob me for $500, then tried to get Daniel on his side, Daniel told him he was wrong, so I was letting Memphis out, and he killed me, so I froze him and he went apeshit at me freezing him, got Brick involved, and when we were all talking, Memphis just walked away, so that was the reason I froze him when it was just me and him. Brick saw it with his own eyes. Now Memphis goes around the server saying 'Dont mug that guy for $500, he'll freeze you" and shiz, just holding a personal grudge, and now this is all its going to be, -1 on everything I do

So yeah, that's it.

Let me explain this, I even told Daniel over steam after it happened, And Brick agreed that i didnt do wrong.

I Broke into your bank, Held you at gun point, forced you to open the vault which was empty.. So what do i do now? I am in a Bank vault empty handed, ITS A BANK! So i ask for 500$ from the registry, then Bam! Instant freeze And Eduardo goes and lectures me about the rules which i in this case already knew, But i was being realistic as in a bank the registry would atleast hold 500$ for exchange. Well back to the incident, I called Daniel to ask about the 500$ "Mugging" And he agreed with Elduardo that i cant ask for that much. So in my logic after daniel TP's away, We Resume RP, Right? So i took out my gun and he escorted me out, By the time he unlocked the main door, A guard randomly stormed in and spammed his stunstick at me, So i killed him, Then went "We cant have the cops know about this now, Can we?" Then shot Elduardo. Then the next moment he TP's & Freeze me and goes on about how i RDM'ed, And how i was being cheeky. By that time i was pissed and called Brick to sort it out, He agreed with me, that its legit to shoot him after he saw i murdered a guy and i attempted to rob him.



So, Yes there is a valid reason behind this -1. Its not just some personal grudge. In my opinion you handled it all wrong and that is the reason behind my vote.

-1 cause joes side of the story makes more sense. This guy clearly cannot bend certain rules within RP limits. Even though Dan said you can only mug people up to $100, in this bank scenario $500 does make sense and should be allowed, but still this guy insisted on Joe getting punished rofl.

Also it is very convenient for the guy getting mugged if the mugger gets in trouble. One might even say he did it all on purpose to save himself some $$ cause hes a greedy cunt
