Why do you want to be a moderator for our server?: Because of the staff shortages, plus of my previous experience with the "GRP" server branch, should you call it that.
Give us an example of how you would deal with a rule-breaker:

Random Deathmatcher gets talked to before ban, maybe it had a justification. If he's found to be non compliant, just thrashing around, ban incoming. It's useful to find out why they killed the person if RDM is being screeched. Also talk to the victim himself, make sure it wasn't provoked.

Prop minges get frozen and jailed, then talked to and banned. Can't allow them to run around flinging deadly props.

+1 Known Cypher since CSRP. I know he's a mature player, he can RP and he knows how to handle situations well.

I'll +1 on the condition that you are respectful to the players. You need to be nice to people, even if they are utterly "gifted".
