What Happened?/What rule was broken? (if any): He scammed the mayor (maybe a few others before) by taking money off them for guns and giving them back fake guns instead.

Before that i noticed a mayor coming out with a USP prop.

He should be warned to read the rules first, I'll see if he comes online and deal with too, since ill be on for the whole day probably.

scamming around as a dealer are ban

even worse than propminges becuse you cant get your money back without a refund
and breaking your future roleplay

he need to taste punishment

I just found evidence that he was innocent, he made them free, from what I heard so there was no money making. we need to keep an eye on him, don't ban him right now.

good you found the evidence he was innocent.. how about you post them here to show it to us.. the one and only evidence we got is he admit to sell a prop gun.. not give them away

From what I heard, he took money then ran off but it may not be the same guy, but I am unsure I'll keep an eye on him.

You guys need to start taking screenshots for evidence.

First of all i didnt scam any one.
2nd the name of the store was Free Guns For All
3rd I gave people the fake guns for free.
4th I sold some real guns for people who actualy paid for a gun.
5th If you want to ban a person, get REAL proof before you do that

Giving free stuff is the oppisite of scamming

Scamming people for money is against the server rules, but the evidence here doesn't really say much.
If we had someone who actually complained here on the topic because he was scammed we could conclude something, but as the ban request has been up for a while and we haven't seen this it doesn't really tell us much.

I'm going to let you off with a warning Dwayn. Please don't use fake props like weapons/printers/money. The purpose of having weapon props are for people to display them in their shop, not give fake weapons out. Don't do it again as it can also cause confusion like this.

If anyone has further evidence against Dwayn, please PM it to me, but right now it looks like a dead ban request with too little evidence for a ban. Locked.
