What happened?:He kicked me after me Joseph Putin and jason parteh were protesting against the mayors (Frank) stupid laws. Joseph broke in to the PD so we could go face to face with the Mayor, But not kill we wanted to explain our opinions (We could have used OOC but, We wanted to break in). We got in and when were were about to find him this happend: Frank Bassman: !cloak bass 255

H He did this in order to force me away, He probs thought we were going to kill him. So I got back inside and we found him. He then said:(Head-Admin) Frank Bassman: Because Im enforcing the rules?
Vorzan Putin: Protesting against unfair rules.
(Head-Admin) Frank Bassman: Youre not a raiding class
(Vorzan Putin: I aint

I do not see how I "Disrespected admins" and "FailRPed" As I did not raid and said nothing about admins, Hey if I said anything it would be good job, Its a free minge server. FailRP? Was that because I was "raiding" When I was looking at him with a shotgun? I was watching and protesting not raiding.

Thank you very much, I agree I was swearing but only 2 times at my outrage that he tped me out of the PD. This will be a hard case for me since he is a head admin.

Yea basicly we organised a protest, not just a gang "raiding" but a server wide protest against the mayor, at one point after I cracked open a door he was beahind I found him cleacked, and Vorzan joined the protest as an observer she didn't know hostlering the weapon doesen't work as it is a server side glitch and people commonly make that mistake.
 
Also by "Disrespecting admins" she means when she complained about Mayors rules, other than that I saw no disrespect.

I would like to hear Franks side of the story, but from what I can see you have clearly raided the PD with a Gun-Dealer, which isn't allowed as it's job abuse, and more than likely you have self-supplied too.

I can see your point but, Joseph was a mob boss and jason was a gangster, I was a gun dealer observing and really leading the protest but I did not break in. I also had a shotgun ages before this happend as I use it to protect my store if anything raids happen.

Frank was enforcing the rules he was told to enforce. IF you were roleplying something out of the ordinary or in the rule "grey" or even black area (against the rules) you might have asked the admin for permission first.

Its a bit of a tricky case because imo if a riot happens all citizens should be able to take part but it is against the rules for some classes to raid.

He raided as a gundealer which was not allowed, I knew people were raiding me because they did not like my laws which is fine but then as I was hiding I though that he was out there as I hard him talking. I cloaked myself to see (so I could get back to RP if he wasn't without anyone knowing where I was) and he was standing by the door with a shotgun. I brought him outside and he then started to tell me to "grow a pair" to which he proceeded to walk back in after I told him gundealers can't raid. He was "observing", with a damn shotgun and likely supplied himself with them.

Before that he kept calling me a shit mayor over OOC because I warranted him for having a gun out in the streets when guns were illegal even with a license. He flamed over OOC about it for a while saying that he did it by accident which I can't really believe just at first sight. That's like a propkiller killing the entire server 3 times and going "My finger slipped." and letting them off. (maybe not as extreme but its relevant.)

He also kept arguing with me about every single issue that occurred like when he asked if he could build in someones alleyway as a drugdealer and I said no because only hobos and cops can build in the streets and he said "Every other admin has let me um lets see..." and everytime I tried to type something he spammed the chat with staff names. Then he started telling me to bring William (owner of the alleyway) so as they could talk about it but I said it was more of an RP thing.

Okay. Rebanned. Disrepsecting and trying to outsmart a Head-Administrator isn't a way to go. Although I will reduce the ban time to a few hours as even Frank agreed via steam the ban time was too long.
