What happened?: i was in the sewers ran past a train started getting shot, hid under the train they shot me more took me to 40 hp. this is KOS and Attempt rdm, lying to a admin

So from what Lex has told me - Elmar made a KOS line (against rules), allowing him and his friends to RDM.

Within 2 days you have 22 kills, and in a period of 4h on the server today you have 12. You're clearly unable to perform RP as a gangster correctly, as you just seem to pew pew everyone rather than actually rping.

alot of kills tbh.

twice as much as 3rd highest killer.

I did not rdm, i didn't even make the base nor was there a kos line.

Also lex you have no proof at all, it was me you just came to the fadeing door and just said "It was elmar im making a report on you" you just assumed it was me straightaway.

Jack was listed as a witness, so I suppose we should wait for his say on the matter.

i didnt have an kos base with an op line coz it was built by som1 else i was just there helpinhg him defend it again a raiding hobo with keys.

I am sure, Elmar would never make a KOS Line, Nor will he RDM, He is one of the friendliest moderators I have ever talked too, and Havana Dog before sending Moderator "Abuse" I still wanted to say: why did you job abuse? when you stole robbed my warehouse?, ill be waiting for an answer.

And, I was teamed up with Elmar, Im the one who shot you when you were under the train, I thought he was disguised.

If you didn't RDM or put up a KOS line, could you please explain why you have so many kills?

This isn't about Havana Dog, this is about Elmar. If you have a problem with someone else on the server you can post a complaint in the correct forum, instead of trying make it seem as if Havana Dog is the one doing wrong here.

Hmm the kills does seem suspicious will have to wait for jack on this one guys

First of all, I put up the KOS line so people couldn't pass without a reason, we were being evaded by cops and mobsters, and there was no RDM at all.

when goose told me they was shooting him .. he had health on 40 ..

he was`in underground.. under the yellow warehouse

i tp to him " i am a cop"

and the first thing i hear is shooting

elmar was the one shooting "at me" when i stand outside the wall ..

i dont think he noticed i tp to goose when that happend

its valid enough if the cop "swat" witness shooting at someone,..

but goose was a hobo and outside the wall they made.. ..

someone came "cant remember the name.. i think goose remember it"

he told it was him shooting at goose

under the train .. becuse he belived goose was a spy


goose told me that guy lied and taking the fall for elmars random shooting...


" main point is.. the gang he was in was trigger happy.. before goose report this..


they shooting out the garage "bunker window" they made in yellow warehouse ...

i suspect RDM with that gang he was in with.. becuse when the gang and cops was shooting (before goose report)

they all got killed (cops) and i was survivor.. i stand into the building so they cant see me.. " they dont know i was there.. and i saw them open the garage doors

they made a bunker of the garage doors

"they was heavy armed and i think i heard a doctor inside too..

and i see them shooting at other cops long away on the red warehouse


soooo.. if the kills going trough shooting out the garage doors with heavy arms and KOS outside the wall you made.. i blame rdm

and i found out they was healing inside the base with a doctor

i find it strange to keep a doctor inside that base while shooting at cops outside






only elmar knows whats going on inside the gang .. and i wonder if he did remind them to not KOS all cops

Blackheart, it was me, yes, zack Williams, I shot lex luther. there was nobody else but the gang and elmar with that doc, about the long way on the red ware house it was mobsters on that time, some guy called joe that we made hostage earlier, that's how we got into a fight with the mobsters and about elmar first he was a disguised cop that tried to come in and see whats in the base, but we killed him then he arrested one of us while we were inside our base, there was also 2 cops aiming at us inside the base, we had gun licenses but they just couldn't resist to pull the trigger, that is the reason why cops were following,

I said there couldn't be a KOS line nor a GangwarRP, also i don't remember shooting at cops at the red warehouse, there were mobsters hiding behind it shooting at us. I didn't know the reason.

So it was Zack who made the KOS line and shot lex.

So the main problem here is:
Elmar done nothing to act on it, allowing members in his gang to break server rules, and Elmar now has 81 kills.
81 kills in 2 days is simply out of order, proving that you cannot RP and simply just shoot on sight.

I'm not going to demote you. However, if I see you playing gangster/mobster/thief once this week you will be demoted. Aswell as this, if you happen to gain 90 kills or more by the end of the week, you will also be demoted. You're really lucky that you're not demoted, if after this week you return to your ways of clearly playing death-match, then you will also be demoted.

This is a warning for all too, if you are seen not rping and just using your 'power" as mobster/gangster to shoot people instead of rping, you will be banned.

Nevermind, Elmar is now demoted.
Allowing users to rdm and taking no action when it was reported - also making fail rp sitting towers when there aren't many people online, to which he then encouraged this and participated in it.
