Roughly how long a day can you spend on the server?: 6-16 hours depending on stuff I gotta do.
Why do you want to be a moderator for our server?: I follow rules in every situation, and actively report wrong doing. I believe I could make a change by not only keeping the server sweet, but by aiding new players in learning the meaning of the rules before breaking them. Sometimes I see there just aren't enough staff to cope, sometimes only being 1 staff member, I believe I could ease the load on other, higher staff by a tonne. I also have fair knowledge of the ULX system. I also think IGRP is one of the best RP servers out there.
Give us an example of how you would deal with a rule-breaker: For example, if someone broke the NLR rule, I would freeze them to begin with, make sure I had their attention and explain the new life rule to the player, and how they must not enter a certain range after being killed there. Another example would be someone prop killing. I would again, freeze the player, remove all the spam props (if necessary to reduce lag for other players) and then speak to the player and determine if the prop kill was accidental, as sometimes it is, or done on purpose. If the outcome is purposely prop killing, I would warn the player as it is forbidden on IGRP, and kick them. If the same player prop killed purposely again, I would discuss with an admin an acceptable ban for this offence.

Anyone that plays with me will know I'm on 80% of the day, minus AFK's. But on certain days, I work and other days I see family and take driving lessons, e.t.c, which obviously I can't be on all day for.

Although, I'm only really away for most of the day for maximum 4 days, no more.
