How long have you been playing on Illusion Gaming RP?: Roughly a week and 2/3
Total Time Spent on Garry's Mod: 1350+ (3+ years)
Roughly how long a day can you spend on the server?: On weekdays roughly 3-4 hours, and 5-6 hours on weekends
Why do you want to be a moderator for our server?:
1. As one of the players that play on a US timezone, its gets annoying when the server is full of minges at night when all the admins are gone, as I imagine it's past midnight in your timezone. As a mod, I'll be able to at least deal with them to the best of my ability, and be one of the few members of staff on a US timezone to keep the other US players happy and from leaving because of a propblock minge fest.
2. Being an admin on both CSRP and HGRP has given me the habit of wanting to help people whenever people ask for it. However, there is only so much I can do as a normal player, and being a mod will help me deal with more problems while other staff are busy, or when they aren't on at all.
Give us an example of how you would deal with a rule-breaker:
1. A player says a person RDM'd him.
I would bring the accused rdmer to a private location so that I could sort this out. Rather than just kick him outright, I would instead talk to the player and the accuser, to ensure that he actually broke a rule. If he did, I would warn him to not rdm again or it would be a kick. If not, he would go without punishment, and I would explain why the player did not rdm the accuser.
2. A player is propblocking.
Before kicking or contacting an admin, I would goto to the player propblocking and explain that he is propblocking, and that he must fix it. After giving him a decent amount of time to fix it, I would kick him if he refuses, or contact an admin if he turns out to be a minge.
3. A player is propkilling
If an admin is on, I would contact one before kicking. If no admins are on, I would kick him to prevent him from causing more harm, and then attempt to contact a member of staff over steam if the minge continually were to join and casue problems.

Accepted.
You know the rules well, you can rp well, and we had a similar mindset on HGRP. I think you will do well.
