I'm tired of this guy.
He's clueless what roleplaying is.
He's clueless on how to be a moderator.
He's moderating completely on his feelings.

Yesterday, when I was filling my shelf with weapons, he came and stole an MP5.
I killed him.
He returns, claims that I owe him an USP.
I tell him to fuck off.
Later, I refill my shelf again.
He steals a weapon again.

Important - in this report he has three roles, Mayor, Police and Citizen.
He was first a police, then citizen, last mayor. He left the game when he was the mayor, a hostage.

Today, he's a citizen.
Spam knocking the yellow warehouse.
Do you know what's behind the door?
He does. Four heavily armed terrorists who has had three hostages and killed numerous citizens.
I warn him. One more knock.
He knocks. I empty a clip in the door to show him - this is not where you want to be.
He continues to knock.
I write to him in OOC:
(VIP-Mod) William Busansson: Jay
(VIP-Mod) William Busansson: Do you have any clue what you are doing?
(Moderator) Jay L Smalley: i wanna talk Sad

(VIP-Mod) William Busansson: You're being shot at, you know we are heavily armed in here
(VIP-Mod) William Busansson: You are a citizen that has been shot
(VIP-Mod) William Busansson: And you fucking keep knocking?
(VIP-Mod) William Busansson: Are you kidding me?
(VIP-Mod) William Busansson: Roleplay, run away and find a doctor
(VIP-Mod) William Busansson: Don't crouch around the building knocking at the door

He's still knocking on the door while I'm writing this.
This guy is not ready for mod. Far too immature. Doesn't take responsibility for his actions.
Those who I am inside the warehouse wonders, isn't he a mod? Yeah, who knows why.

Why don't I open?
We've been attacked by police for the last thirty minutes.

Oh, might aswell mention his complete lack of roleplay.
Two police, officer Jay L Smalley and someone more.
Three hostages, mayor, doctor, hobo.
Four heavily armed terrorists.

I've clearly stated that we want five thousand dollars delivered to the door by an unarmed cop, or the hostages will die.
I open the door.
Two cops rush in.
I die.
They die.
Hostages die.

Witnesses: Michael King, Casper Sorensen, David Gallaway.
I did also ask in @ for someone to sort it, but to no avail.

Here's some proof of Jays ability to be a roleplaying hostage.

I agree with William. Jay is far too immature for a mod, and while I understand that he's only human and makes mistakes, he seems make them more often than other mods.

I was also a witness during the incident William has stated above. It's all true.

I was ther as well, I wasn't really looking into it, as I didn't know there was a problem, I did notice jay putting up a number of warrants with other cops to get into the warehouse. An later when he was mayor, he did nothing but get captured by the group over and over again, about three times. When I asked him why he got capture a a hostage by a group that never left yellow warehouse, his response was "I thought they were offering me a drink". The mobsters NEVER left their base, which means jay went back three times as mayor to be a hostage (and died twice) rather than rping as mayor. This being said, I have no demos or screencaps, but I still gotta +1 for punishment here.

Indeed I do. I have an 8 slots server which is completely empty except during IGRP downtime.
When IGRP goes down, me and a few others go on my server to continue playing.
When IGRPs back up, I'm one of the first to be back on.

I'm not sure what you mean.
During the time you were our hostage?
Killing you would be very easy. But you were our hostage.

Just as you said it, three cops broke in the back door to rescue you.
Brave, but they died.

None of us tried to kill you.
If you're referring to the time you were knocking on our door - you don't need to inform us that one of our gang members had died.
If we tell you to leave, you leave.
If you don't leave, we shoot.
We shot.
You still didn't leave.
You were hurt and continued knocking on that damn door.
No roleplay, just annoying.

Yes and I kept saying killed me because no one was actually trying to kill you and some of the cops kept breaking NLR and I couldn't fix it because I was hostages but you wouldn't fixed it would you so basically you're in the wrong for not doing your duty as a mod as Daniel said in admin rules if someone's doing something wrong you come out of your rp scenario and fix it but no you didn't you kept standing there shooting citizens who keep coming into your base and that means KOS you don't warn them to get out you kill them and so you did stuff wrong to

Now you're lying, alot. Grasping at straws.
I did not shoot citizens.
I did not refuse to step out of the RP situation to stop rulebreakers.
You called your cops to rescue you, we played fair.

What I did was, tell the citizens to leave.
I explained that this is not roleplay. If there's hostages and shots coming from a building, you don't jump around outside it.

Just like I told you.
I told you to leave.
You refused.
You knocked on the door.
There we go, I don't randomly shoot citizens.

Nor did we ever KOS except for the police that raided us.
When there was a citizen/hobo in our base, which there was - Brick/Memphis - we told them to leave. They continued throwing eggs at us, so we shot them once in the leg. They left.
No deaths.

Nope that's a lie aswell cause you never told them to leave when Memphis was in your base you didn't hostage him you only hostage me while he was in there so he left when brick comes you didn't say anything brick said can I come in so you let him through and he was a medic at the time you never told him no go away you only concentrated on me and only me cause I was mayor Memphis left after 2 mins and then brick came then left after 3 mins so basically your telling lies

Edit: during the time Brick was a doctor, he was probably called upon by my gang. He healed us and wanted to go to Memphis, who was locked in down in the sewers.
I let him down there and locked the door.

I had no conversation at all with you during the time you were hostage, you insulted me, I picked up my AK-47 when I heard a Battering Ram, I turned around, I see cops coming in from the sewers, they died. I was left with 6 hp.

William has been one of the "Go-To" mods for me for the past couple weeks. When I need something handled right, I contact William.

Jay on the other hand, I have to constantly remind to keep in line.

Not to mention Jay was recently investigated for being an admin of an entirely different RP Server.

Not to mention William has SUBSTANTIAL Evidence.

Alright as i was there when it happened im gonna join the discussion.

I am sad that all this happened, I was just having Fun with Brick and our Egg artillery before i got abducted and held hostage, Like william pointed out, I didnt die but i went back and he let me enter to hold me capitive, Then Brick came to help me and we died of starvation and aids, But thats a different story.

By the looks of it, William(Zeroi9) is telling most of it as i recall it too and he have alot of evidence.

If anything, Jay has proved that he is NOT deserving of admin whatsoever. He made multiple mistakes and instead of taking responsibility immediately he FIRST tried to shift blame to William, then when that didnt work, he THEN accused him of lying., then, when it was PROVEN he was outright lying, he THEN tried to insist that we "grow the fuck up and not talk about it" rather than accepting punishment, and has only taken responsibility after it was said we would not simply forget about it
