Application Voting System

Hello there. The application system is judged and finalized by me (Daniel).
However, to come to a decision I require your help.

Voting System

This is a pretty simple complex, you make your vote, and then you give a reason why. This consists of either;

+1 (This is if you support the person in getting the staff position)
Neutral (This is if you are unsure whether to support the person in getting the staff position)
-1 (This is if you do not support the person in getting the staff position).

Please ensure that you give a reason in voting, as otherwise it is completely pointless and really does not help me at all.
