Retarded staff and rules.

Yo guys if your staff requirements say that you need to be 14 for mod and 16 for admin why do I see few kids as staff(with the exception of Brick, cuz hes cool unlike the rest.).

A lot of people, including Daniel(If I recall correctly), seem to be complaining about the staff on this server, so why not demote all the kids that dont meet the requirements? Also many of the staff arent active on the forum, i see kids with less than 25 posts. Come on guys, I have more posts than them...


List of staff below the minimum age requirement for their rank:

Lucon Terror - 13 year old moderator.
Theodorus - 14 year old admin.
Dxmark(Wankie) 15 year old admin.

Possibly few more, bastards didnt put their age.

Honestly I agree, if the rule is there we should abide by it, if Dan feels its unnecessary we should remove it or change it.

Yes it does matter what age you are. Clearly I've been hearing so many complaints about twat staff that it should be pretty obvious where we should strike first to sort this god damn mess.

Mate, our staff aren't "Retarded", also the reason for high age limits is probably because Dan doesn't want lil Immature kiddies moderators/admins. They be like "omg you liked hacked and raided me, omfg BAN!". Most people at our age (14-18) are mature, unlike me I have the maturity of a 14yr-old. But heck I don't go rage-mode over games.

When was Sex/race brought Into this? Hes talking about age and how most kids act around certain ages also if Daniel wants to keep young staff then theres no point in putting a limit of age and such but I got to be honest on my whole time on the server (3 days lol) Brick is a boss Admin/Head-Admin hes been mainly helping me and shit and for his age I think that shows that some kids have a lot of maturity (Unlike me of course) Anyway most of this prob doesn't make sense so I'm just gon sit and listen k?
